Magnetic Filters

Magnetic Filters (Magnetic Separator) are constructed from magnetic filter bar ,stainless steel and have a satin finish, then fixed onto a framework.The magnetic filter bar is made of permanent magnets and stainless tubes with special magnetic circuit. When liquor containing iron/steel substances passes through the framework, the iron/steel substances will be attached onto the surface of the filter bars.So that your equipment and facilities will be in a good state and products will be safe .

Magnetic separators are used for separating iron/steel substances in liquor and apply in various fields such as chemical industry,medicines,sanitation, textile, smelting,machinery and foodstuffs,etc.

Magnetic filter bars provide a solution for removing ferrous metal and tramp iron from free-flowing, very slow moving materials such as plastics, foods, cosmetics, grains and minerals.These magnetic filter bars can be made with Alnico, Ceramic or Rare Earth magnet material and manufactured to custom length.There are ¼ "x 20 tapped hole ends.
